How is financial capability calculated?

The decree of 25.11.2011 set the European parameters for registration in the Register of Transporters, and circular no. 4 of 2011 from the Ministry of Transport established the methods for presenting the financial suitability or the financial capability certificate for transporters 2024:

€9,000 for the first vehicle,

€5,000 for each subsequent vehicle after the first with a mass greater than 3.5 tons,

€900 for each additional vehicle exceeding 1.5 tons of mass but not exceeding 3.5 tons.
